Is this where it's all headed? Will we be making little buttons for each of these?
A. No. The intention is to encourage the use of AutoDiscovery, so that there is no need for the little buttons. Look at a typical TypePad site - no button in sight. But try to subscribe to this weblog, and most aggregators will know what to do.
Q. Will Necho be ready for WikiSyndication?
A. Define what is meant by WikiSyndication (preferably on that page). If it simply means syndicating wiki pages, then yes, Necho will be ready.
Q. What Atom-approved verb for establishing Atom feed? When someone establishes an Atom feed for her/his weblog, what is the Atom-approved noun/verb for doing this, to which consistently the ProjectDocumentation will refer?
A. Syndication or syndicate. If I am understand correctly, the statement by MarkPilgrim that "Syndication is not publication", then the proper noun/verb combination is syndication / syndicate. (So, then, what is the purpose of the editing API?)
Q. What Atom-approved verb for adding feeds? When someone adds another weblog Atom feed to her/his list of feeds, what is the Atom-approved noun/verb for doing this, to which consistently the ProjectDocumentation will refer?
A. subscription / subscribe (Done one of three ways(?): 1) manually entering or copying and pasting the link, 2) clicking a button to subscribe, or 3) engaging an AutoDiscovery feature.)
A. Are these the two major processes that is the focus of the Atom project?
Q. They are major processes, but not "the" sole focus. Other efforts such as the API make up a large part of the project.
