Steve Harris: Just to summarise what I think has changed

I’ve updated the FeedValidator to handle these changes.  Now I need to think about how to handle a number of co-occurence constraints.  Example: it is OK to have an enclosure with a WMV file, but it probably does not make much sense to add iTune specific elements to such an entry.  Example: an encoding of iso-8859-1 is generally OK, but is not guaranteed to work with iTunes.  Example: language is optional, but is a good idea if iTunes tags are present.
