I like the bit about homeland security. Maybe we'll finally get an answer to the FBI referer log madness. Or maybe there's no madness after all? ;)

Parts of this article resonated with me.  I think about how "small" businesses manage their corporate intranets, how the information is organized, etc.  Weblog tools solve a lot of these problems as I understand them- its just a very sensible way to publish information.
