It’s just data

Blog Peeping

Sean McGrath: This is so cool. Sit back and watch the world blog its way around the clock. Now you know you simply must get those geotags and that RSS autodiscovery machinery into your blog.

Too bad it doesn't work with Mozilla....

Dougal: Huh?  I run it just fine from Mozilla...

I can't tell if I've got a firewall issue or if the update's just really slow.  All I see is the map.  What's supposed to happen when an entry is made?

It's working, but sometimes, you just don't have enough post of people with all the required features. So it doesn't work.

This kind of small implementation will push people to put the right information.

Another thing which could  be useful is a directory which display the language of the post.

Server is getting hammered pretty hard today .. so there might be a slight delay before weblog post data makes it through.

working on a mirror. it should run on any browser with flash mx.

Very cool stuff. But doesn't weblogs.com update every 5 minutes, rather than every minute? Which takes the maximum turn-around time to about 7 minutes, not taking into account server lag.

Well, it didn't work for me in Moz this morning when I first tried it. But it did work in IE, so I assumed it was a browser issue. But this afternoon, it is working in Moz.

Go figure.
