Sam = You CAN fix my RSS feed anytime which still seems to be buggy. Call me. Meanwhile, the thing about comments on my site is ... I feel like I'd have to "referee" them if they got a little wild and I just don't have time or inclination to do that. And as you well know, everyone with comments spends part of the time complaining when their comments aren't working or simply blow up or disappear. I'd rather be writing than fixing things. Now to let everyone else in on this joke...
A while ago, Halley asked for help on her RSS feed. I e-mailed her and she asked for my phone number. I sent it to her, and she said she would call.
She never did. And here I sit. By the phone.
Oh, and I wrote this comment system myself. To my knowledge, I've only lost one comment, and that was my own fault.

Halley uses Blogger, so her RSS feed is at the mercy of Ev and his minions, like the rest of us Blogger users. (I turned it on for her in the first place, and it validates apart from the date and her single use of a 'smart' apostrophe).

I do know what you mean. I always prefer to talk to the CEO, and of course pussy is great, but alpha-pussy is in a class by itself.
